Keep Your Summer From Being Short-Circuited
Your AC is only as strong as the electrical system powering it.
July is just about here and so is that unforgiving Texas heat. While your air conditioning is running a marathon, remember that it needs to be fueled.
If your system is constantly tripping breakers, struggling to cycle on, or pulling power from an outdated panel, an HVAC technician isn’t the answer. You need an electrical upgrade. Before the peak of summer hits, let our team make sure your home’s electrical pulse is strong enough to keep the cold air blowing safely and consistently.
DIY Tips:
The “Keep Your Cool” Power Moves
Before the peak of summer hits, these simple power moves keep your home protected and your cash in your wallet:
Before you call an HVAC tech for a warm house, check your breaker panel. A tripped breaker or a struggling dedicated circuit could be the real electrical culprit behind your AC woes.
Stop paying to cool an empty house! Upgrading to a smart thermostat lets you control the temp from your phone, saving major energy dollars while you’re at the lake or watching fireworks.
If you have a pool, run your pool pump during off-peak hours (like late at night or early morning). It saves your system from overload during the hottest part of the day and lowers your electric bill.

The Boom-Free 4th of July: DIY Patriotic Confetti Poppers
Keep the kids entertained at home before the big shows with safe DIY “firecrackers.” It delivers the thrill of the holiday without the heat or hazards.
- The Stash: Empty cardboard tubes (toilet paper rolls, or paper towel tubes cut in half), standard 12-inch balloons, red, white, and blue paper, clear tape, a glue stick, and confetti.
- The Play: Tie a tight knot at the bottom of an uninflated balloon, then snip about half an inch off the top rounded crown. Stretch the snipped end tightly over one end of the cardboard tube and wrap clear tape around the rim to secure it. Decorate the tube with your patriotic paper, load a small handful of confetti into the open top, point it toward the sky, pull back the balloon knot, and let it snap!
